When you create an account, we collect:

- Your name (as provided via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In)
- A profile photo (if provided by your Google or Apple account)
Trip Data
TripTin stores the trip planning information you enter, including:
- Trip names, dates, and destinations
- Flight, accommodation, car rental, activity, and transit details
- Notes and other content you create within the App
Usage Information
We do not collect analytics or behavioral tracking data beyond what Firebase provides by default for app stability and crash reporting.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the TripTin service
- To authenticate your identity and secure your account
- To store and sync your trip data across your devices
- To respond to support requests
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
TripTin uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Firebase (Google) — Authentication, database (Firestore), and file storage
- Google Sign-In — Optional authentication method
- Apple Sign-In — Optional authentication method
- Google Maps & Places API — Location search and map display
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in Google Firebase's secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard security measures including authentication and access controls. Only you can access your trip data.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
6. Children's Privacy
TripTin is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
