Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TripTin mobile and web application (the "App") operated by TripTin ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
TripTin is a trip planning application. You may use it to create, store, and organize personal travel itineraries. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must create an account to use TripTin. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of all trip data and content you create in TripTin. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripTin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or travel-related losses.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
